Belgian Contest

The challenge: take a peice of print material, created by and for a foreign culture, and design a website in two languages, neither of which I speak. Oh, and don't forget that in Europe they actually have laws regarding accessibility. How did I pull it off? I used a flexible layout, and focused on strong typography, especially white space, to promote legibility amongst all the vibrant colors. And underneath the hood, pure semantic web standards (of course).
